99 Sheep

A RocketHands Experiment By Lloyd Kranzky

What Is?

RocketHands is a fledgling indie game studio, formed around the concept of jamming to prove gameplay ideas, and building upon the fruits of this labour to develop commercial-quality titles.

99Sheep is a RocketHands Experiment, and was written in twenty hours (over a ten-day period). It was created as an entry to the May0109 gamejam, which had a theme of "a journey is best measured in friends, rather than miles", and which required entries to draw inspiration from two of the three keywords "sheep", "scorched" and "reflection".

It is best enjoyed full-screen at 1280 x 720, with an Xbox360 controller plugged in.

Game Get!

  • Version 0.9: Better controls, tweaked physics, rumble, works under Windows 2000, smart screen mode selection, letterboxen, new logo!

Version 0.8: Bug fixes, new music, and various incremental improvements.

  • Version 0.7: Basic gameplay, as humbly submitted to gamejam.

We'd be most gratified if you headed on over to the 99Sheep Forum and left a comment or three after having a bash at the game. Cheers!
